What is cibation?

 

Based on the Latin root word, cibus, which means: food, victual, nutriment, nutrient, nourishment.. it basically means food or fuel. Since this is spirit food, a more accurate term might be “Spiritus Cibum”, but the general idea is how to take this into the body.

 

Unlike normal food, ingestion of ormus isn’t simply about eating it. Unlike medicine, we are not only concerned about dosage or possible contraindications. Since this is more like food for the spirit energy of the subtle bodies, the best technique for ingestion is to couple the regimen with an activity which utilizes its unique properties.

 

Of course, it isn’t necessary to begin meditation, yoga, or any other routine activity, this is simply our opinion of how to get the best use out of our products. Extracted from all natural, unrefined, pure Dead Sea Salt from the southern area of the Dead Sea in Israel, where the mineral content is the highest. Developed using the Wet Method, this formulation is highly recommended for those new to ormus. It is a gentle introduction to the world of m-state elements and has been used to aid in sleep, dull pain, initiate calmness, focus, and is very useful for meditation. Simple Breathing Exercise

 

These simple steps can help give the average person a place to begin with a simple breathing exercise that can build up the subtle energy and focus that power through the breath:

 

  1. Find comfortable clothes that aren’t too heavy or stiff
  2. Find a quiet place, away from distractions
  3. On a skinny pillow, or mat, sit down, legs crossed (or in lotus position)
  4. Keep back straight, if you can
  5. Tilt head slightly down
  6. Lay arms comfortably on knees
  7. You can touch your thumbs to your middle fingers if you’d like to
  8. Close your eyes
  9. Slowly inhale deeply through the nose for 5 seconds (or as long as comfortable)
  10. Hold the breath in the lungs for 5 seconds, keeping the throat open
  11. Slowly exhale through the mouth for 5 seconds
  12. Pause for 5 seconds
  13. Repeat Steps 9 – 12, keep attention focused on the breath and nada sound (if present)

 

If the mind wanders, *notice* what is happening and redirect focus back to the breath. Throughout this exercise, feel free to implement your own meditation exercises (if any), such as Circulation of Light, Qi Gong, or any other form of meditation you like.
